31-Pin D-Type Hermetic Connector

31-pin D-type hermetic connector with GlassTomer™ sealing and aluminum housing ensures durability, high pin density, and reliability for aerospace and defense systems.

Hermetron’s D-Type Hermetic Connectors offer robust and highly reliable interconnect solutions for demanding environments where signal integrity and environmental sealing are critical. These connectors are manufactured with aluminum bodies and feature beryllium copper pins for optimal conductivity and mechanical durability. The hermetic seal is achieved using advanced GlassTomer™ technology, ensuring leak-tight performance up to at least 10⁻⁸ atm·cc/sec.
Available in a variety of configurations, our D-Type connectors support both standard and customized pin counts and arrangements — including conventional 2- and 3-row layouts, as well as enhanced versions split into 4 or 5 rows for high-density integration. All connectors are finished with clear or yellow Alodine coating per MIL-DTL standards to ensure corrosion resistance and surface conductivity.
These connectors are designed to meet or exceed insulation resistance values of 5,000 MΩ and can withstand a wide thermal range dictated by the GlassTomer™ sealing compound, making them suitable for aerospace, defense, vacuum, and high-voltage applications.
