Integrating Glass-to-Metal Sealed Feedthroughs
High-performance hermetic TRM box assembly enclosure designed for RF and microwave Transmit/Receive Modules (TRMs). The package integrates glass-to-metal sealed feedthroughs on the sidewall for signal/power routing, enabling secure and ultra-reliable electrical connectivity while maintaining full hermeticity.
The hermetic TRM box assembly is manufactured with gold-plated Kovar or aluminum, providing excellent thermal and EMI performance. The internal cavity supports hybrid microelectronic assemblies, MMICs, and passive components, with layout optimized for low-loss signal paths and thermal dissipation.
